Ursula Parks is a public affairs consultant specializing in the legislative process, fiscal policy, revenue, and the state budget. Ms. Parks works with a team of creative, experienced professionals to tailor strategies, materials, and tools for each situation and client.
Ms. Parks served the Legislative Budget Board for 25 years, including as director from 2012-2018. She brings a unique understanding of state fiscal policy and legislative fiscal processes, developed through extensive experience advising members of the legislature, leadership, state agencies, and associations.
